Our women's sunset circle is a beautiful opportunity to connect with other women, check-in with our bodies and mindset, and enjoy a slow evening outdoors while the sun sets. We'll be moving our bodies mindfully, enjoying a magnificent sound bath, and ending the evening with tea and conversation.

About the event
Our Women's Sunset Circle is a beautiful opportunity to connect with other women, check-in with our bodies and mindset, and enjoy a slow evening outdoors together while the sun sets. We'll be moving our bodies mindfully, enjoying a magnificent sound bath, and ending the evening with tea, kombucha and conversation.
This event is hosted outdoors on our beautiful rooftop studio with gorgeous views of nature, hill country and the sunset. Join us to reset and restore after a full week and head into Friday feeling refreshed and ready to take on the weekend.
As this evening will be held outside, please dress for the weather and bring a yoga mat / bolster / blanket (whatever you like to make yourself most comfortable). Our rooftop requires guests to climb 3 staircases for access. Please send a message if you have any questions regarding accessibility. Address and parking details will be provided with RSVP.

There is street parking available on Northwest Place as well as the neighboring streets, Lookout Mountain Drive & Twin Valley Drive. Please arrive on time and dress for the weather, as we will be outdoors. Bring your own yoga mat / bolster / blanket (whatever makes you feel most comfortable). See you soon!
